१. आम्ही कोण आहोत

Arthabodh AI ("आम्ही", "हे साधन") हे एक शैक्षणिक वेब अ‍ॅप आहे — भारतीय वापरकर्त्यांना मराठीत आर्थिक संकल्पना शिकवण्यासाठी. हे SEBI-नोंदणीकृत गुंतवणूक सल्लागार (RIA) नाही आणि वैयक्तिक गुंतवणूक सल्ला देत नाही. संचालक/संपर्क: [तुमचे नाव / संस्थेचे नाव भरा].

२. आम्ही कोणती माहिती गोळा करतो

• संमतीची नोंद: तुम्ही संमती टिक केल्याची वेळ (timestamp) — इतर वैयक्तिक तपशील नाही.
• खातं व लॉगिन (आवश्यक — फक्त पुनरावलोकन/इतिहाससाठी): "पुनरावलोकनासाठी पाठवा" किंवा "माझा इतिहास" वापरण्यासाठी तुमचा ईमेल पत्ता लागतो (पासवर्डशिवाय — फक्त एक-वेळचा "magic link"). आम्ही तुमचा ईमेल, खातं तयार झाल्याची व शेवटच्या लॉगिनची वेळ, आणि तुम्ही पाठवलेली पुनरावलोकने तुमच्या खात्याशी जोडून ठेवतो — जेणेकरून तुम्ही परत येऊन मंजूर PDF बघू शकाल. लॉगिन सत्र ब्राउझर कुकीद्वारे (httpOnly, ३० दिवस) ओळखलं जातं.
• पुनरावलोकन सारांश (ऐच्छिक): जर तुम्ही PDF साठी "पुनरावलोकनासाठी पाठवा" वापरलं, तरच — तुमचं नाव (ऐच्छिक), तुम्ही शिकलेले विषय, तुम्ही वापरलेले आकडे, आणि निष्कर्ष साठवले जातात.
• AI गप्पा: तुमच्या गप्पा फक्त तुमच्या ब्राउझरमध्ये राहतात — आमच्या सर्व्हरवर transcript म्हणून साठवल्या जात नाहीत.
• तांत्रिक/सर्व्हर लॉग: वेब सर्व्हर (nginx) प्रमाणित access logs (IP, वेळ, विनंती केलेलं पान) ठेवतो — सुरक्षा व debugging साठी, मर्यादित काळासाठी.

३. तुमचा मजकूर AI कडे कसा जातो (तृतीय-पक्ष प्रक्रिया)

जेव्हा तुम्ही AI शिक्षकाशी गप्पा मारता, तेव्हा तो मजकूर प्रक्रियेसाठी सध्या सक्रिय असलेल्या AI प्रदात्याकडे (Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenAI, Groq, Together AI, OpenRouter, Cerebras, किंवा SambaNova — यापैकी एक) पाठवला जातो. हे प्रदाता भारताबाहेर डेटा प्रक्रिया करू शकतात (cross-border transfer). ते फक्त उत्तर तयार करण्यासाठी वापरतात; आम्ही तो मजकूर स्वतः साठवत नाही. लॉगिन लिंक पाठवण्यासाठी तुमचा ईमेल आमच्या ईमेल-पाठवणी सेवेकडेही (SMTP) जातो.

४. वापराचा उद्देश

• शैक्षणिक AI उत्तरे देणे.
• तुम्ही मागितल्यास, तुमचा शिक्षण-सारांश RIA पुनरावलोकनासाठी पाठवणे.
• संमतीचा पुरावा (audit trail) ठेवणे.

प्रक्रियेचा कायदेशीर आधार: तुमची स्पष्ट संमती (DPDP Act, 2023 नुसार).

५. डेटा शेअरिंग

आम्ही तुमचा डेटा विकत नाही किंवा जाहिरातींसाठी वापरत नाही. फक्त वर नमूद केलेल्या AI प्रदात्यांना (उत्तर तयार करण्यासाठी) व RIA पुनरावलोककांना (तुम्ही पाठवल्यासच) शेअर होतो.

६. डेटा जपणूक कालावधी

संमती नोंदी व पुनरावलोकन नोंदी [कालावधी भरा — उदा. आवश्यकतेनुसार/X वर्षे] ठेवल्या जातात, त्यानंतर हटवल्या जातात किंवा तुमच्या विनंतीनुसार आधीच हटवता येतात.

७. तुमचे अधिकार (DPDP Act, 2023 नुसार)

• तुमच्या डेटाबद्दल माहिती मिळवण्याचा अधिकार.
• चुकीचा डेटा दुरुस्त/पूर्ण करण्याचा अधिकार.
• डेटा हटवण्याची (erasure) विनंती करण्याचा अधिकार.
• तक्रार निवारणाचा (grievance redressal) अधिकार.
• मृत्यू/अक्षमतेच्या स्थितीत नामनिर्देशन (nomination) करण्याचा अधिकार.

९. सुरक्षा

साइट HTTPS वर चालते. Reviewer पॅनेल token-संरक्षित आहे. आम्ही किमान डेटा तत्त्व (data minimisation) पाळतो — गरजेपेक्षा जास्त काहीही साठवत नाही.

१०. अल्पवयीन वापरकर्ते

हे साधन सर्वसाधारण शैक्षणिक वापरासाठी आहे. १८ वर्षांखालील वापरकर्त्यांनी पालक/शिक्षकांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली वापरावे.

११. Cookies

हे साधन tracking/marketing cookies वापरत नाही. लॉगिन केल्यास एक आवश्यक (functional) httpOnly कुकी तुमचं सत्र (session) ओळखण्यासाठी ठेवली जाते — ती जाहिरात/tracking साठी वापरली जात नाही.

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Who we are

Arthabodh AI ("we", "this tool") is an educational web app that teaches personal-finance concepts in Marathi to Indian users. It is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) and does not give personalized investment advice. Operator/contact: [fill in your name / entity].

2. What we collect

• Consent record: the timestamp you ticked consent — no other personal detail.
• Account & login (required — only for review submission / history): using "Submit for review" or "My history" requires your email address (no password — a one-time "magic link" instead). We store your email, when your account was created and last logged in, and link the reviews you submit to that account so you can come back and see approved PDFs. Your session is identified by a browser cookie (httpOnly, 30 days).
• Review summary (optional): only if you use "Submit for review" — your name (optional), topics learned, numbers you entered, and takeaways.
• Chat: your conversation stays in your browser — we do not store chat transcripts server-side.
• Server logs: standard web-server (nginx) access logs (IP, time, requested page) for security/debugging, retained briefly.

3. How your text reaches the AI (third-party processing)

When you chat with the AI educator, that text is sent to whichever AI provider is currently active (Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenAI, Groq, Together AI, OpenRouter, Cerebras, or SambaNova) to generate a reply. These providers may process data outside India (cross-border transfer). They use it only to produce the response; we do not separately store that text. Your email is also sent to our email-sending service (SMTP) to deliver your login link.

4. Purpose of processing

• Providing educational AI responses.
• Sending your learning summary for RIA review, if you request it.
• Maintaining a consent audit trail.

Legal basis: your explicit consent (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is shared only with the AI providers above (to generate responses) and with RIA reviewers (only if you submit).

6. Retention

This tool does not use tracking/marketing cookies. If you log in, one necessary (functional) httpOnly cookie identifies your session — it is not used for advertising or tracking.
